Welcome to Top  Plugins Reviewed and my second Top Plugin Review.

Today  am reviewing an entire site instead of one Plugin.  This site is called ElegantThemes.com  Their website is home to many WordPress themes.  The name of the site gives you a bit of insight in to the quality of the themes.  They are not TOP NOTCH but they are still very nice and eye catching.
